For Rui Boy

This is my boy Rui in happier times.. He was abducted from New York by Machico (Machiko) Terauchi in June, 2010 and is being held in Japan where kidnapping children from their homes abroad is allowed and encouraged. Please help us to recover our family members from Japan. Hundreds (currently officially) (thousands in reality) of kids have been abducted and held there. Japanese parents too are regularly permanently separated from their beloved children.
